New bookings

We recommend making all bookings at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for planning.

You must be fully checked into your hotel prior to your appointment time; we do not check in on behalf of clients.

Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event date are considered last-minute and will incur a $50 rush fee.

Please contact us via email to request a last-minute booking to confirm availability.

Last-minute bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. No deposits are accepted.

All sales are final.

Deposits

If you prefer to pay a deposit instead of the full amount, a 50% deposit of the total package price will be due. Please be advised that the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid with Cash-App or Apple pay 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If we do not get the remaining balance 48 hours prior to your appointment, we unfortunately cannot set up.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Deposits are strictly nonrefundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of any remaining balance already paid (excluding the nonrefundable deposit).

Clients may reschedule their event within 30 days of the original booking date to keep the deposit secured.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. We are committed to working with our clients to find fair and reasonable solutions whenever possible.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to décor after installation is complete. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests, including children, around the décor setup.

Force Majeure.

Kaydecor is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather or natural disasters.

Privacy policy.

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and event purposes.

Travel fee

We are based in Detroit, Michigan, and proudly serve the surrounding areas.

For out-of-state bookings, the following additional charges apply, in addition to the cost of your package:

  • Chicago: +$600

  • Ohio: +$600

  • New Jersey: +$800

  • Florida: +$1,000

Please note that these fees cover travel and logistics for out-of-state events.
